This sounds like Holy Fuck or Fuck Buttons maybe. It’s got vocals/screams by Damian Abraham of Fucked Up, so maybe that’s why I’m thinking that. I get all my fucks mixed the fuck up.

Whatever. It’s fucking good advice (don’t fuck horses, idiot) and the song will make you feel like jogging or something else that’s a fucking stupid waste of time. But that energy is a good thing. Don’t fight it. Fuck it.
